We want you to love your new T.U.K. footwear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on indoors to maintain their brand-new condition for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer cardboard box to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
